This is now my go to hotel in Hong Kong.  It is absolutely perfect!

1The airport express train (20 minute trip) goes into the Kowloon Station located in the Elements shopping mall and is a 5 minute escorted walk by hotel personnel to the hotel lobby located on floor 103rd floor of the International Commerce Centre.

Service was phenomenal, the staff addresses you by name, and rooms are impeccable.

I was accommodated in the Club Grand Victoria Harbour room, very spacious (700SF), in an L-shape layout with a working desk area that was separate from the bed and sofa.  Beautiful views over the harbour, spacious bath with double marble vanity, separate big oval soaking tub, awesome shower with huge rain shower head and hand held wand (both of which operate at the same time … some do not), nice closet area and a padded window bench seat overlooking Victoria Harbour (above).  All rooms have a very nice Nespresso coffee/tea machine as well.

2Club Lounge is very big on floor 116 and open 24 hours a day.  Breakfast at the Club Lounge is strictly continental with choice of a fruits, and egg station, a meat selection.  For the full buffet breakfast you go to the Lounge & Bar on 103.  Great selection of Western and Chinese options (salads, fish, dumplings) fruits, yogurts, berries, eggs to order, breads,  muffins and sweets.

Hotel has a courtesy car which operates only in Kowloon by arrangement and availability through the concierge desk.  Which was very handy when I wanted to go local.  Advisor Tip:  The Ozone (Open Air) Bar on the 118th floor is a must.  Don’t miss it!!!

While the location isn’t directly on the harbour, it is only about a 10 minute ride over to the Star Ferry.  You could walk it as well (about 20-30 minutes) but it still is a little awkward walking from the hotel around the construction that is in progress.  By fall of 2015 the area should be up and running with no problem, adding many more buildings, fine art galleries, restaurants and other street front shopping.
