1. Black-out dates apply
2. “Peninsula Time” is defined as truly flexible check-in and check-out times
3. *A holding room will be provided if the reserved room type is not available upon guest’s arrival
4. **Room upgrade is subject to availability and certain room categories are not eligible for room upgrades.
***Spa reservations are applicable for both Peninsula in-house guests and non-in-house spa customers. Bookings must be confirmed prior to the guest’s arrival. Spa appointments are noted on a request basis until the spa confirmation is sent by hotel.
***The complimentary 30-minute extension is based on consumption of either a 50-minute regular-priced body or facial treatment (excluding manicure and/or pedicure), and is applicable for Peninsula in-house guests only.
***The 30-minute benefit will be taken at the same visit as an extension to the reserved treatment. If the treatment cannot be extended, an alternative treatment will be offered
