Grand Cayman, well, it was just about as perfect a trip as we could have asked for! Adam said it was one of his all-time favorite trips. It was so wonderful to spend time together, just the four of us. The Ritz Carlton was just beautiful and the staff was wonderful – the club floor is definitely the way to go. Also, the cabana on the beach for 2 days was a treat we will definitely do again in the future — the boys loved it! The water in front of the hotel was gorgeous and we snorkeled and paddle boarded for hours — literally. Joe and I walked on the beach for miles while the boys played with friends they’d made and it was good for both of us.
We did eat at the restaurant “Blue by Eric Ripart” at the Ritz — and if anyone asks you, it is outstanding and we’d do it again in a heartbeat! We even took the boys and they loved it as well. Prices are definitely not for the faint-of-heart, but it’s a place to celebrate and that’s what we were doing, Definitely earned it’s awards and reputation.
The dive company we used, “Indigo Divers”, were fabulous as well and I would highly recommend them if anyone was looking for a private dive company. Really fabulous people with good equipment and an excellent knowledge of the water.
Thank you for all you did for us! It was a truly remarkable vacation and we will definitely be returning!!
