India, December 2023

We’ve relied on Paul Klein Travel to plan scores of trips for us over more than two decades. So, when we were invited to a wedding in India (a country on our bucket list), naturally we turned to Tim Krenzien and his team to develop an itinerary and plan complex logistics throughout this enormous country.

We settled on Northern India, and we thoroughly enjoyed each of our five destinations: Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, and Mumbai. Paul Klein Travel has partnered with Amber Tours, a destination management company based in New Delhi, since the early 1970s. This partnership enhanced our fabulous trip in many ways. For example:

Amber Tours provided a Tour Manager who flew with us on domestic flights and accompanied us at check-in and check-out at every hotel, making these experiences worry-free and seamless.
We stayed in India’s two best-known luxury hotel chains, Taj and Oberoi. We were upgraded from a basic suite to more luxurious suites at every destination because of Paul Klein’s affiliation with Virtuoso, the reputation of Amber Tours, and our Tour Manager’s advocacy.
Having expressed interest in shopping for jewelry and textiles, Amber Tours leveraged its long-standing relationships with the finest shops where we were treated like royalty
Amber Tours worked with extraordinary guides in each city. For example, we had read some cautionary tales about visiting the Taj Mahal, but our expert got us in early, navigated the entire site to minimize contact with other tourists, and took us to dozens of picture-perfect spots where he captured breathtaking images of us.

on our behalf.

Ireland, London and Amsterdam September 2023

Darlene and I wanted to spend our 20^th anniversary in Europe. Dena and Tim at Paul Klein helped us create an itinerary, choose activities that fit our interests, and plan every detail of our trip.

The trip was amazing! When we got off the plane in Dublin, our driver was waiting for us and the trip to our hotel was stress-free. That pattern was repeated every day for the remainder of our trip—all of the tours, transportation, and activities happened exactly as planned.

There were many highlights from this trip, but a few favorites include the breathtaking views of the Ring of Kerry, the grandeur of Buckingham Palace, and the beauty of the canals and the museums in Amsterdam.

Our trip included stays in six hotels and three countries. We traveled by plane, train, and automobile, and had walking tours as well as boat tours and private guided tours of various sites. We were treated like VIP’s the entire time. The app was a great resource to help us keep track of the itinerary for each day and it enhanced our enjoyment of the trip.

Our trip was wonderful and we are very happy with our decision to use Paul Klein Travel. We look forward to using them again for our future trips!

Italy - September 2023

Cristie and I both felt that Nicole and Paul Klein took amazing care of us for our recent trip to Italy. Every detail was handled exactly as you said it would be.

Our transportation support, both in Florence/Roma and in Positano was top-shelf. Drivers were waiting, easy to find, professional, and very helpful. All of the tours, side trips, and 3^rd party arrangements were also right on point.

The app you gave us was always a refreshing reference when we were not sure what was next! The hotels and restaurants were ready and waiting for us….all planned perfectly.

It’s hard to list only one “favorite” adventure, but I can tell you the trip was life-changing for both Cristie and me. The food, the people, the adventures (Vespa ride to Siena, boat charter to Capri, private tour of the Coliseum, Pompeii tour, Tuscany winery tours….were all simply amazing.

We will use Paul Klein again as we are already planning our return trip to Italy.

Ireland - August 2023

Jane and I recently had the pleasure of spending ten (10) days in beautiful, albeit rainy, Ireland. Our trip was planned by Ms. Nicole Williams of the Paul Klein agency. We could not be more pleased with the plans and arrangements made by Ms. Williams. The hotels she recommended and the events to partake in (e.g., the cliffs of Slieve League in County Donegal) were overall superb in quality and service. We especially enjoyed the Sheen Falls venue in County Kerry. The “Falcon School” and the 1934 Buick convertible were the icing on the cake, as it were.

As it customary with the Paul Klein organization, the planning and attention to detail were par excellence. We look forward to Ms. Williams planning our next trip to Europe. There were a few “hiccups” during our trip (e.g., the Irish hoteliers’ propensity to think heat is not required during the summer months! Perhaps if you are native Irish?)

Gorgeous Greece - May 2022

In May of 2022 Paul Klein Travel arranged our dream trip to Greece and it was spectacular from start to finish. My husband and I started our trip with a day in Athens where we stayed at the beautiful Grande-Bretagne Hotel, which included a beautiful suite overlooking the main square with a spectacular view of the Parthenon on one side and the Greek Parliament building of the other. Our next stop was the beautiful island of Naxos where we stayed on a private and beautiful beach resort, Naxion on the Beach. We finished our trip in Santorini at the stunningly beautiful Canaves Oia Suites Hotel. We had a mountain-top suite with a private plunge pool and a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the Caldera.

Paul Klein Travel made each of these recommendations and they certainly exceeded our expectations. They handled everything from flights to all transfers, accommodations, Covid testing, and activities. They provide detailed itineraries that can be printed out or viewed from the AXUS app on your phone. They also did a great job of communicating throughout our trip and were available 24/7 for all our needs. The resorts, amenities and services were amazing at each location. French Wine Journey – September 2022

Our recent trip to France included Paris, Loire Valley, and Bordeaux. Machu Picchu - September 2022
