In response to the recent declaration of Mpox as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, Indonesia has implemented measures to prevent the spread of the virus. The authority has emphasised the importance of strict adherence to these regulations, demonstrating Indonesia’s commitment to safeguarding public health while ensuring smooth international travel.
Effective from now…
On arrival in Indonesia, all international travellers must complete the SATUSEHAT Health Pass. This electronic self-declaration form is crucial for monitoring and managing the entry of travellers, especially from Mpox-affected regions. Airlines may start asking travellers to do this upon departure in their home country within the next days/weeks.
